If you are a long time reader of this blog, you may remember a post quite some time ago in which I told about the game of Washoes; AKA Washers, Hillbilly Horseshoes, etc.
Well I decided to build my own board so I could play with friends. After some extensive searching online, I was unable to find precise instructions/plans to build one, although I found many sites selling already built sets.
So I decided to glean as much information as possible from the sites I found and just go ahead and do it. So I did. And I was quite pleased with the result.
The only drawback was that after purchasing the supplies and then the necessary tools, I spent about as much as I would have to just buy one. Oh well, then I would have missed out on the fun of the experience.
Anyway, here is the final product:
And since I'm sure there are others like myself, who are searching for step-by-step directions, I decided to write some; which can be found on my website (soon).
