What a great time we had last night! The youth choir did an absolutely fabulous job. The evening speaker, Rev. Raney preached on the subject, "Putting a Halt to Hypocrisy." His text was from 1 Peter 2:1-3. Some of his points were:
Four Steps to Hypocrisy
- Disappointment
- Distance from God
- Disillusionment
- Distraction
He sited the life of the disciple Judas as an example of hypocrisy and were it will lead. It was a great message that really touched lives.
I can't wait to see what God is going to do tonight! I will try to get pictures tonight.
